Question 1

What can I buy from Brightparcel?

Accepted Answer

Brightparcel offers practical digital guides, templates, and toolkits. Each product page describes what is included and shows its available download format and current price.

Question 2

How do I choose the right digital product?

Accepted Answer

Browse the shop and open a product that fits what you need. Read its description and check the listed file format before you continue to checkout.

Question 3

Do I need a Brightparcel account to buy something?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign in to your Brightparcel account before starting checkout. If you are new, create an account first. Your purchase is linked to the account you use to buy it, so use that same account to return to your library.

Question 4

How does checkout work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a product in the shop, review the current price on its product page, and select the purchase button. You will continue to hosted checkout to complete payment, then return to Brightparcel while the payment is checked.

Question 5

When will my download be available?

Accepted Answer

Downloads become available after checkout payment is verified. The purchase status page checks for confirmation; if it says payment is still processing, confirmation may need more time. Check your downloads again later.

Question 6

Where do I find a product after I buy it?

Accepted Answer

Sign in with the same account you used at checkout and open My downloads. Confirmed paid purchases appear in your Brightparcel library with a download link.

Question 7

Why is my purchase still pending?

Accepted Answer

Brightparcel waits for the checkout payment provider to confirm payment before unlocking a download. A pending confirmation can take a little time. Once it is verified, your purchase can appear in your library.

Question 8

My payment was confirmed, but I cannot find my download. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

First, make sure you are signed in to the same Brightparcel account used for checkout. If the purchase is still missing after payment confirmation, contact brightparcel-4@polsia.app and include the product name and checkout email address.
